How do you all feel about uploading jobs to repositories?  Sometimes I find they go smoothly and others I find it very time-consuming and some software repositories are easier to use than others.  I have often found that all the attorney names that are supposed to be in the suppositories are not there.  Is there any advantage of repositories for the reporter?

Some of them are confusing for me also.  I had one the other day that was really user friendly.  If I did it all the time, it would be simple but I don't do it that often.

The other problem I run into is the special circumstances that you need to communicate and there is no place to convey the special request the attorney made.

It's a giant time-consuming nuisance.   I try once and that's it.  Then I just go the traditional route of emailing everything.  Actually I do that even when the online turn-in site actually works.   They hang up and don't usually have the atty names.  I'm very leery of having too much of time eaten up by these so that's why I give it one good try and then the first instance of "uh oh; I'm in for it now," I abort and go to email.

But some firms insist that you use the repository if you want to get paid.

If it doesn't work, it doesn't work.  I suppose I would just keep clicking continue even though it's possibly not complete if it's hanging up and then email it all and explain that the site isn't cooperating.    It's a problem!

Call the agency.  Have them walk you through it or send you screen-shot instructions.  Once you learn how to do it, it's easy-peasy (at least for RB).

I've only worked with RB and, as Amanda said, it's easy-peasy.

RB is the one I have the most trouble with...................the others are easy for me.
