Anyone ever hear of a law firm that sounds like "Iber Tole" or "Ivor Toll"?

TIA!

the Cal Bar website has an advanced search that might help you find it.http://members.calbar.ca.gov/fal/MemberSearch/QuickSearch#searchlink

I couldn't come up with anything though

Yeah, that was the first place I went.  I missed it when I was going through looking for spellings to ask for because it tran'd out as "I've told" and I didn't see it to ask about it.  Oh, well, it's not a crucial point.  It's just irritating that I can't find it.

There are a hexxxlot attorneys in San Francisco.

I think it's Munger, Tolles & Olson.

That was my first thought without even looking it up, but he's pretty clearly saying IBER.

Just by your spelling I feel like I know who you are talking about, but couldn't find anything.  Later on today I'm going to search my depo book/business cards to see if I can find them.  Do you happen to know what type of law firm, i.e., personal injury, workers' comp, asbestos?????

Gosh, Rosalie, you're the best.  It was an auto defect case.

Deborah, just wanted to let you know I'm still trying to figure this out.  Do you happen to know the exact city or did they just say Contra Costa County?  What's probably going to happen is I'll find it after you've already turned the job in, but it sure is bothering me because I feel like I know what firm you're talking about...lol.  I just checked my book from 2010/2011 and haven't found a card yet, but maybe it's in my 2009 book, which I'm going to try to find in a while.

All I know is it was a case called Jah v. Big-O Tires where the guy's hit an apple tree.  Case was in 2009 in Contra Costa County.  But when I try to google it, nothing comes up.  He could have spelled the name wrong (Jah).  Don't worry about it anymore!  I have to turn it in tonight (of course!)  I will just put [phonetic].  It's not a major point.  I don't want you to spend a lot of time on it!  Thanks anyway.

Van de Poel???  They're a PI firm and I've done auto-defect litigation with them -- they're in Walnut Creek.

Maybe.  Could have been.  This guy could have been remembering the wrong name.  I gave up.  It was a 250-page two-day expedite expert witness.  Had to get it out yesterday morning.  Thanks for trying!!!
