One of the agencies I'm working for wants me to move over the margins of my colloquoy over to 3 inches..I've been trying and trying to get it to move over..using 3.0 as the continuation paragraph..trying to create a new user-defined paragraph..but it just doesn't move! The weird thing is, they used their exhibit parenthetical second line as a reference point to where the 2nd paragraph of the colloquoy should be, and when i put my cursor there, it calls it a default paragraph. I just don't understand why this doesn't move and i would appereciate any help I can get!

thanks!

Hi: From you question, what I hear you asking is that you need to create a new style colloquoy three inches in with the continuation paragraph of the colloquoy to be three inches in as well. Is that right?
Allison, go to layouts and select the layout that you use for the agency you work for. Then select the colloquy paragraph style. Select left margin and type in 3.00, not a single zero, and that will move it over. The way you're doing it you won't get any results as you can see.
