30 min recreational bike ride w/family on my new beach cruiser. I only fell down once , , , or twice.

Yoga... never thought I'd be doing it but I'm trying. So far my favorite is the Corpse Pose ;) I'm not very good at any of the other ones yet but will get at least six chances to do each pose a week. Good luck on your yoga quest!
