I have another one:
quick revichea is what I hear....
the DA is asking for their witness info they, surprise, just brought up, lol. The defense does not want to give her any info...birthday or anything.
I know it is some latin term, but not sure if the 'quick' is part or not, this is the same guy from the other word too!
TYIA!

Here is how it is:

Judge, with all due respect, only under certain incidents if there is an expert witness -- only under certain instances are the People entitled to a -- they are not entitled to a quick revichia (phonetic), they are entitled to very specific things.
The only thing I can think of, Rhoda, is that it could be "quick review".
Thanks, Phil...I hear that hard 'k' sound tho where the ch is, and the 'ia' sound at the end....I was told to just put phonetic by the firm a little bit ago. Thanks for the reply!
Hey, Rho. I've been trying to help, looking it up online, but haven't been able to find anything. Could you spell phonetically exactly what you heard? Maybe I'll have better luck finding it. The way you spelled it, I thought the "ch" would be a "ch" sound, but below you mention it's a hard "k."

My friend who's a law student is going to ask her professors tomorrow. You've probably already turned in the job, haven't you? Well, I've just GOT to know now. If you ever figure it out, let us know, will ya?
Thanks, Marla! I have asked attys too! I think the guy made it up, lol. Wondering if the 'quick' is 'quid' or something??

No, it is a 'ch' sound....I think I just used the 'k' thing to explain I heard a hard sound?? I was getting tired, lol. I will deliver the tript tomorrow, so still have time. So far, I have phonetic in there, lol. I have googled like crazy and searchmaster isn't even helping...sigh. I get frustrated, as I always want to find these darn words, lol!

Even 'levichia' it can sound like?? The guy was a fast talker too. Do we ever call them and ask? LOL!

found this interesting site in my travels....
I would definitely call the guy and ask him. There's no harm in that. I've called doctors before and asked them what word they were using after hours and hours of research.
