Why do you need a transcript proofreader? Between taking down a job, scoping it, proofing it, submitting it, and all the stuff in between (you know, eating and sleeping and being with family), it can be hard to get everything done. With me on your team, your time goes further without having to sacrifice what's important to you.

Let me help you out. Take back your free time. Let's be teammates.

You can email me at chelsea@starlighteditorial.com or visit my website, starlighteditorial.com. I look forward to hearing from you soon. Have a great day!

  • Proofreads to audio
  • No extra charge for weekend work
  • Super fast communication (Seriously -- wicked fast!)

Help me out, CSRNation! It is with a grateful heart that I first say THANK YOU to the clients I’ve met through this site over the past few years. I really can’t thank them enough for their continued business.

One of my favorite reporters is retiring this fall. Now I am on the hunt for a CR who doesn’t mind that I proof to PDF, loves that I charge reasonable rates (including no surcharge for weekend work), and appreciates that I try to return jobs ahead of schedule when possible.

I’m friendly and flexible, have proofed thousands of pages of legal documents, and consistently meet strict turnaround times. I am based in Pennsylvania, but currently work with reporters from across the country. For client testimonials (you can read a few below too), rates, and more info, please check out my website: www.stenoproofer.com or email me at lyndsey@stenoproofer.com.

I look forward to helping you submit sterling steno!

My scopist's sister, a former reporter who has left reporting due to hand issues, would like to start proofreading.  She is on Procat, but would be able to proofread for anyone.  She is trying her hand at scoping as well.  If any of you are interested, I would be happy to connect y'all.  Thanks so much!

Proofreading is a natural fit to my bent towards words, grammar, and eye for catching errors. I do not know if you currently have a regular proofreader, need someone as a backup, or do not use anyone, but I would love the chance to “audition” for you. The first 15 pages of the first job are free for new clients.
