Your time is valuable. Let me clean up your court transcripts while you move on to your next job or, better yet, put your feet up and relax. With nearly 40 years of experience teaching secondary school English (that's over 79,000 essays I have close read and edited) and specialized training in proofreading court documents, I have the experience necessary to find the errors and inconsistencies in your transcripts. Give me a try; the first 20 pages are on me.

There is a shortage of court reporters, which means you are busy all day in hearings, depositions, and trial.  After that, there is transcribing, scoping, and proofreading to be done. Let me help you with that.  I have 27 years of paralegal experience and have trained specifically to proofread transcripts.  I want to help lighten your load and create exceptionally accurate transcripts. The first 15 pages are transcribed free for new clients.

For further information, please see my LinkedIn profile at: https://www.linkedin.com/in/candacehharris/.

I am currently adding court reporters to my roster, so please contact me at theproofreadingmaven@gmail.com  if I can assist you.

Hello, everyone. I'm a transcript proofreader looking to expand my clientele. I possess an excellent grasp of legal terminology, having worked as a legal assistant in the past.

I provide a fresh, critical, and trained set of eyes to look at your transcript, reading it letter for letter, word for word. If the transcript has misspellings, transposed words, punctuation issues, capitalization problems, formatting inconsistencies, or if something just seems “off,” you can be confident I’ll bring it to your attention.

Interested in my services, but nervous to try something new? No problem. Let me show you what I can do! All new clients receive the first 15 pages free! That way, you can be confident that you’re in good hands.

I look forward to working with you!

Kelly

I am a full-time PDF proofreader looking for 1 or 2 more court reporters to add to my list of regulars.  References available and my rates are competitive.  I also proof to audio.  Gaylene@w2proofreading.com.

Why do you need a transcript proofreader? Between taking down a job, scoping it, proofing it, submitting it, and all the stuff in between (you know, eating and sleeping and being with family), it can be hard to get everything done. With me on your team, your time goes further without having to sacrifice what's important to you.

I'm Chelsea, and I'm a word fanatic and organization geek who absolutely loves working with transcripts to make them shine. I'm looking to add some more court reporters to my team and help make your job -- and life -- run more smoothly.

You can email me at chelsea@starlighteditorial.com or visit my website, starlighteditorial.com. I look forward to hearing from you soon. Have a great day!

Am currently working for one court reporter, but would like to add another to ensure steady weekly work.  I work from TXT files and provide an errata (as simple as it gets).  Have proofed several federal government cases (including U.S. Tax Court and patent infringement/intellectual property cases) as well as pharmaceuticals and construction cases.  If you have an immediate need, please contact me at pascribe721@gmail.com with a description of casework and need, and I will provide rate information.
