Just to make sure, you are:-
1- Clicking on "settings" on top right under where it says "hello Sheila"?
2- Changing/updating information there.
3- clicking save and nothing is happening?

when you click save you should see a green box that says "your updates have been saved" are you seeing that?

also, can you tell me browser you are using?
if it all fails please change your password by going to settings and then send it to me via private message so i can go in to your account and see what is going on.
