I am looking for a proofreader to give me some assistance in the next couple of weeks. If you are available, please contact me and provide some references. That would be great.

hi Tara, i see that you're busy, but if you can take a proofing assignment, please let me know and your turnaround time and rates! kieriz@aol.com. Thanks!
I am a fellow scopist. I have a reporter who has a large amount of work right now. If you are available, if you would provide me your email address, I will be glad to put her in contact with you. my email address is cparker0530@aol.com
Hi Tara,
I agree with Rebecca on the spelling of demo'd. Having reported in the South, you should hear some of the words people come up with! (lol) As a reporter and now a scopist, I always use(d) demo'd. Just thought it read better!
Thanks for replying to my plea for help! I think advertising on these sites is a great idea. I think that I just need a little help and advice before I do that. Obviously, being trained as a reporter, I know how to do the actual scoping. It's just the business side of it that I am not familiar with, such as billing, sending files back and forth by e-mail, etc. If you have anything that you'd like to share with me to help me get started, I would be forever grateful! Thanks!
Hi Tara,
I just found you and wanted to invite you to join the scopist/former court reporter group. I didn't have your e-mail address to invite you immediately. You can e-mail me at stacywarpool@comcast.net or look for the group on the website. It has just recently been formed. A friend of mine thought that it might be worthwhile to the reporters to differentiate between us and the hundreds of other scopists out there.
Hello Tara,
First I must say you have a beautiful name.
Second, I hope those twisters are not doing to much damage in Fl. I have a friend down their who goes completely silent during such times because he likes to help everyone. A gentle guy, with "a twist" as they say on Adult Swim. lol
I'll keep praying to the Weather Angel for everyone in the Gulf.

If it's in the context of a demonstration, demoed would be right, or you could be demo'd, which looks and reads better for sure.
I saw you were able to pick up some work online. Great news! I hope you'll still have room for me when things pick up again:)
