I can't help but to think you do have some helpful tips for me because you've been at this for "a little" while longer than myself even though I've been in the game for a while as well. It'll be five years in February! This profession has been good to me, so I'll continue to be good to this profession.

Surprisingly, I have never heard of her. I've been at this since '91. I'll have to watch for her. Is she a member here? I recently have been in contact with a CSR who lives a few blocks from me. The Internet is a wonderful place. Makes the world that much smaller.

You got it right: "nails" in steno. I am a licensed manicurist for the last 20 years, and that's where that screen name came from. So now I'm about to embark on a long-awaited career change. I'm looking forward to it. I do like designing these pages and learning HTML formatting. It's time consuming, but I love the results after I've slaved over a page for hours.
