Need help translating ACORN file

Does anyone know how to "find" and translate a file downloaded from ACORN using DigitalCat's software? I've placed the file on my desktop but cannot manage to get it into the "translation" window so I can translate the file.

Thanks so much, Peppina. I was so panicked that I didn't even think to call ACORN. Hopefully they can help. Tried Stenovations, but I'm not under their service contract anymore. They said it would be $75 for one-time help and $300 for renewal of my service contract.
