Does anyone know what company sells the folding exhibit box? It's to put on the deposition conference table to keep track of exhibits and supposedly folds up so you can carry it in your case.

you're welcome!
never heard of it, but as an official I don't touch the exhibits (unless I have to refer to them for spellings). I don't mark them, the court clerk does. I don't even put in parentheticals about exhibits being marked for ID or in evidence, I let the record speak for itself.
