Hi, everybody,
It seems I have an opening in my schedule since the retirement of a client. My experience includes working with reporters in California, Washington, Idaho, North Carolina, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and Connecticut.
To reintroduce myself, I've been a freelance court reporter since graduating with an AA from court reporting school in 2000. I also have a BA from Wheaton College (1982, magna cum laude) in French and Russian. I recently moved from Massachusetts to North Carolina and now live in the suburbs of Charlotte.
My freelance reporting included depositions, trials, arbitrations, meetings, and hearings of all types. I loved medicals the most, probably because of my work as a medical administrative assistant and medical transcriptionist when working my way through college. I did medical-legal transcription for an ob/gyn and a rheumatologist as well.
As your scopist and/or proofreader, I will work on your transcript with care and pride. If you have a question, I will do my best to find the answer. I respond to my emails and calls/texts as they come in. I use CaseCATalyst version 21.67 and/or Word.
My work is turned around in a timely fashion, and deadlines are always met.

If you're looking for more work, don't forget to hit on the Cover Depos tab on the top of the main page, hit the red dot on the map where you'll cover work, and then click on the tab to "Join the Group." Once you do that, your email address will be saved with everyone else's email address and you'll receive email blasts of jobs in your area. You just contact the agency directly from the email with their contact info.There are also scoping groups on this website as well as proofer groups you can join. Just look under "Groups" or in the "Search" box at the top of the page for the group you want to join.
