I recently took an arbitration that was a huge pain in the butt because it was very contentious, they were all over the place -- two attorneys and an arbitrator and a witness all talking over each other -- and they were nasty to me.

However, I got A LOT of pages.

Does anyone have any advice on a page rate? Normally, for straight Q and A, nothing fancy, I charge $3.50.

I gotta get more than that, don't I?

You should NOT be discussing specific page rates in this forum.  You could get Kelli in big trouble.  Have a private conversation.  To the government, what you are engaging in is price fixing, which is illegal.

I do a lot of arbitration work and I do charge more for the O&1 and the copy.  Never had any complaints.  It is definitely harder than deposition work.
