I had the same problem, so I added E to my record outline. 

RORTD - reported

ROERTD - recorded

I used to have that same confligt ~ I've added the -P to report.  RORPTD :)

Hey, Kelly, love the Christmas background. Really puts me in the mood.

I feel so dumb, but I got a conflict now since I recently changed "ed" ending to "td" so as to write a word in one stroke. It's "reported" and "recorded" I write "RORTD" for both now. oops. Someone save me.

I do MAOIERK for micro, and I love it.

macro is coming up all the time these days.  anybody have a conflict resolution for that one?  I'm thinking MAURK but I don't love it.
