AOD - obstructive airway disease

MOEM - mesothelioma

P*UL - pulmonary

POJ - pulmonologist

SFAOEM - emphysema

SBOES - asbestos

SBIS - asbestosis

TLOEK - tuberculosis

BLIM - embolism

PAOEZ - pulmonary obstructive disease

FR-BS - fibrosis

PLART - pulmonary artery

Sorry ~ R-MS is my reasonable medical certainty too

              REMS is reasonable degree of medical certainty :)

Thanks, I like both of those.  These phrases are usually within some long convoluted question and I have a momentary glitch in my brain when they're thrown in in the middle of the question

I do KURP custom and practice
REMS - reasonable etc.

You could do R-MS for reasonable medical certainty and WR-MS to add "with". And CA*P or CAUP for custom and practice.

I never get FBI ever.  I do, however, get FDA a lot and I do FAD for that and it works wonderfully.
