My daily intake of calories and workout summary (estimated goal date March/1/09)

I am keeping a daily tab for myself here,
I will post every single day my intake of calories and workout summary.

I should be pretty happy with myself by march/1st

If you read this after march know this.. you should have joined me back in December :P

My goal is 30 waistline.
Body fat around 10%-15%

I have been averaging 2200 calories and 500 calorie work out.
So not bad.. but I keep forgetting to report it here.
Its really good to report because it keeps the urgency fresh in your mind.
Today (Jan/19/09) I had 1700 calories and worked out 600
So total of 1100.
it is.. once I stopped I really lost sense of what i was eating and how much I was working out.
I will try to keep updating it for my own good.
