Help me out, CSRNation! It is with a grateful heart that I first say THANK YOU to the clients I’ve met through this site over the past few years. I really can’t thank them enough for their continued business.

One of my favorite reporters is retiring this fall. Now I am on the hunt for a CR who doesn’t mind that I proof to PDF, loves that I charge reasonable rates (including no surcharge for weekend work), and appreciates that I try to return jobs ahead of schedule when possible.

I’m friendly and flexible, have proofed thousands of pages of legal documents, and consistently meet strict turnaround times. I am based in Pennsylvania, but currently work with reporters from across the country. For client testimonials (you can read a few below too), rates, and more info, please check out my website: www.stenoproofer.com or email me at lyndsey@stenoproofer.com.

I look forward to helping you submit sterling steno!

My scopist's sister, a former reporter who has left reporting due to hand issues, would like to start proofreading.  She is on Procat, but would be able to proofread for anyone.  She is trying her hand at scoping as well.  If any of you are interested, I would be happy to connect y'all.  Thanks so much!

Proofreading is a natural fit to my bent towards words, grammar, and eye for catching errors. I do not know if you currently have a regular proofreader, need someone as a backup, or do not use anyone, but I would love the chance to “audition” for you. The first 15 pages of the first job are free for new clients.

As a former court reporter, I understand how important it is to turn in a clean and accurate transcript that reflects your professional skill. I also understand the need for a reliable proofreader you can count on when those rushed jobs come flowing in.

I'd love to be that proofreader you can count on! For information about my rates and more, check me out at bennettproofing.com. For any other questions you may have, contact me at tiffanybennett@bennettproofing.com. I look forward to hearing from you.

You're a busy person with a lot on your plate. In the time it would take you to proofread the same transcript you've already gone cross-eyed looking at, you could be out there taking more jobs and making more money. (Or relaxing with a glass of wine. Whatever floats your boat.) So if you could make your free time go further without sacrificing quality, why wouldn't you?

Take back your free time. Let's be teammates.

You can email me at chelsea@starlighteditorial.com or visit my website starlighteditorial.com for more information. I look forward to working with you soon!

Comment by Monnie Neely on May 29, 2017 at 14:41

Hi everyone! I'm Monnie, and I would love the privilege of helping you make your transcripts as polished as possible. I am a PDF proofreader with a keen eye for detail, and I understand that you need someone you can trust to do excellent work within a deadline. This excellence in a timely manner and with as little inconvenience as possible to you is my ultimate goal as your proofreader.

Ideally, I would love to meet court reporters with whom I can build a long-lasting working relationship because one of my favorite aspects of this job is learning the different preferences and styles of each reporter. But I do accept one-off jobs as well because there's always a great sense of accomplishment in a job well done, especially when a reporter is in need of emergency help.

Please visit my website:  Keen Eye Proofreading Services  or email me at monnie@keeneyeproofreading.com to learn more about me and my rates, including my special discounts for new clients.

All the picky details of a transcript -- typos, homophones, research, dropped words -- are time-consuming tasks that are necessary for an accurate document. I can help with these tasks! I offer accurate services at a reasonable rate. I have never missed a deadline, and I always acknowledge receipt of all work with an estimate of when it will be returned.
