We are not a file sending company, we have a link for our users to use if they wish, all you have to do is click on the "Send files" and simply follow instructions.
I wouldn't worry about converting it yet, once you get it you can go from there.
if you do need to convert it, simply go to youconvertit.com and follow a fairly simple instructions.
