how do I import an RTF file into Eclipse from Case Catalyst?
I'm trying to have a friend proof for me. The problem is I am on Case Cat and she is on Eclipse. I converted the file to an RTF file and my friend hasn't been able to import the job into Eclipse. We are told this should be easy, but when she imports and opens the file it's blank???
Does anyone know the steps to importing a file into Eclipse that was created from another software?
