So it was my birthday yesterday. I finally got the Wii fit board. I like it a lot It's good for me bec. I can use it in my house.

The only bad thing is that it doesn't have a calorie counter. The games are fun, and it will help w/my inner core strength, hopefully. It does telll you your BMI. Bleh!! Not good at all. So I guess I'll be working on that.

You can also add in activities that you do at other places.

Another great thing about the Wii fit board, G and I can take turns playing games. She loves the running one where she's just running in place. There's a two-player running one so we can "run" together.

You can also use the Wii as a step class and watch TV at the same time. You're not going very fast, but you're moving.
yeah, I love the "that's obese" comment every day. someday soon I'd like to be overweight only.

the best age I got was 23. Holy cow. :)

do you have a favorite balance game??? (I'm a sick puppy, I like the table tilt)
You are sick. The tilt table is super hard. Do you like that Zen one? I always feel like somebody is creeping up behind me.
I do like the zen one. Friend of mine said - what happens if you move... Well, of course the candle goes out.

3 minutes is a long time to sit still, don't you think? Of course, my yogi friends don't think so.
Have you tried the Wii Active? That one is a lot of fun!
I've been seeing it advertised. I will be looking for it!
I bought a second Wii console (the main one was downstairs and I wasn't using the Wii as much as I SHOULD have been) for my "gym" upstairs. also got the Wii Active. Gonna set it up today.

Wii console was $249 at Wally World, which I thought was pretty good price. :)
