June 5, 2 times at the gym, one hour each; 2 30-minute bike rides and 2 30-minute treadmill sessions. I'm up to over a mile on the treadmill. Earned 12 activity points for the day. Have not been to the gym since last Saturday b/c of work but should be back to regular workouts again now for a while, I hope!!!!

Dec. 2, 2009. (Wed) Finally made it back to the gym. i went @ 6:00 a.m. this morning. I did 30 minutes on the bike and 32 minutes on the treadmill. It felt great once I got going. i plan to welcome 2010 in w/ workouts 3 to 4 times a week and healthy eating for the month of December.

Went to office luncheon Christmas party today.
This afternoon after the party I went to the gym and did 30 min on bike and 40 min on treadmill.
This week I got two sessions of exercise in.
I start my week over tomorrow. My goal is to go to the gym 3 to 4 times by the end of my week which is next Saturday. I'm going to fill out my tracker every day and stick w/in my points goal.
Next Sunday I'm going to my WW meeting to weigh in.
