Welcome to CSR Nation
Well, I just covered a depo on Thursday that started at 1:30 p.m. It was in a hospital so I had to walk a mile with all my gear to get to the depo. It was video and they wanted the transcript by the next morning.
The day before the depo I spent the afternoon getting familiar with how work units work, contacting the hospital IT department so I could connect to the hospital internet so my scopists could pick up the transcript and be editing while the depo was going on.
I could not get connected to the hospital internet so we had to do it the old-fashioned way. We split the depo in thirds. We got it done and I managed to get about 4 hours of sleep before I had to get up to get ready for my next depo.
A good scopist is worth their weight in gold. Thanks, Sherree and Nicole!!! You are fabulous scopists and fabulous people. I am glad I know you. Thanks for being part of my team.

That is so nice, Janiece. I'm sure they appreciate you too.
When the office tells me I have a daily the next day, I always scramble to get a team together. That part is stressful when everyone is busy. I agree that it's a lifesaver to have the extra help.
So nice to have a team! My scopist Michelle is awesome. She always does an excellent job and is ALWAYS calm. I love that. I joke with my hubby and say if Michelle ever quits on me, I'm screwed!!!!
Thanks all you wonderful scopists.....
