Very odd job posting on Craigslist, indeed.com, Long Island, NY

There is a company (no name listed) supposedly located in East Islip, NY looking for digital court reporters to travel the 5 boroughs to record depos.  There is a name as the posting individual, Karen Poster, I believe, responsible for the solicitation. This is a new one on me.  salary 36k.  Anyone of better invesigative skills may be able to track down what this is. I answered the ad -- never heard from them.  First spotted May 2013.

A search on indeed.com will bring it up at search "Digital court reporters."

IF THERE WERE EVER A REASON FOR COURT REPORTERS TO BE A MEMBER OF THIS ASSOCIATION, READ THE BELOW LISTED ARTICLE FROM A NEWSPAPER REPORTER FROM THE DAILY NEWS.
THIS PERSON'S LACK OF KNOWLEDGE OF OUR PROFESSION IS A PRIME EXAMPLE OF WHY IT IS SO IMPORTANT FOR COURT REPORTERS TO BE MEMBERS OF NYSCRA AND OTHER ASSOCIATIONS THROUGHOUT THE COUNTRY.

WE NEED TO CONTINUE TO FIGHT AGAINST THIS TYPE OF IGNORANCE.

In the 132 years since Thomas Edison invented the phonograph, most Americans have gotten pretty comfortable with audio recording. They love their iPods and books on tape and could scarcely survive without voice mail.

Just a quick note to thank everyone that attended the Networking Night tonight. The bar was packed with students, working reporters, teachers, software reps, etc. We had a lot of fun and hopefully this is the start of a very fun thing which will bring the profession together
