REALTIMERS, during a realtime session, are attorneys able to cut and paste out of the tranny or is it simply for viewing purposes only??  Please - quick responses are appreciated! :)

You have to define dollars and cents and inches, all those words in your dictionary have to be defined if you ever write them in two strokes. So DLAR/S has to be in your dictionary as dollars and CENT/S has to be defined as cents and my stroke for inches is IN/FPS. Needs to be defined as inches. It's a pain in the butt but do all the ones that's always come up and then fix the rare ones as you notice them. It's just that Eclipse doesn't wait for you to make the word plural before it sticks that stupid hyphen in there. So 2-inch stick would be right but 2-inches stick will only come out without the hypen if you have your "inches" defined in your dictionary with the "s" on it.

Thanks, Laura.  I'll check that out right now.

Judy, my guess is you probably have an entry for 75,000 in your dictionary. If you delete that 75,000 entry, then it should work right.

Occasionally I have money amounts tran with a hyphen instead of a dollar sign.  For instance, instead of $75,000, it tranned 75,000-dollar.

Is this a metadictionary issue?  And how do I fix it?

TIA

Judy

Has anyone had success using a Mac laptop with any version of Eclipse?

Isabella!  You're the best!  I couldn't find it b/c I was looking in the wrong folder, the plain ol' Program Files -- duuuuuhhhh! Thanks!

Karen: I so get the working out the kinks.  That's why I'm still on Eclipse 4. Haha. Hey, if it ain't broke, it don't need no fixin'! ;)

I'm on Windows 7 with Eclipse 4 and 5.  My Version 4 Eclipse User File is under C/Program Files (x86)/Advantage Software/Eclipse NT.

Hope this help

Well, I'm a scopist and making sure all the kinks are worked out before upgrading, which will be soon. :P  I don't like my 'puters getting too old.  I'm due to get a new one very soon, even though this one is working just fine.
