Planned to walk with my mom this evening but was practicing in my room and didn't know she had left...

Workout with trainer. Did a bunch of things to figure out where I'm at and plan for the next, uh, plan? Figured out I can't do some Russian squat thingy because of my stupid right knee. Not good when it makes an ominous popping/cracking sound when getting out of a squat.

Workout with trainer (practice). Overhead squats with exercise ball, one-handed rows with kettle bell, spinal rocks, push-ups on exercise ball (started off with my knees on the floor but he had me try lifting my knees and I could actually do it! Yay!!!), and some thing (don't know what it's called offhand) where one knee is on the floor with the other leg at a 90 degree angle holding a clubbell above my head and leaning slightly to one side from the rib cage and coming back up.

When we get through the practice stage I'm gonna want to sleep all day Saturday since I'm working with him Thurs. and Fri. right now. I wish we could do Tue. mornings but he can't right now :( That's part of the challenge, though, making it work no matter if it's convenient or not!

Nothing. I'd planned on doing my joint mobility and yoga in the evening but had a nagging stress headache that wouldn't go away so yoga didn't seem like the best idea...

Recreational Day:
Walked at the Alviso Marina with another one of Jeff's clients, Roena, for about 1 hr. 45 min or so. It was funny because neither one of us has a great sense of direction so we walked about an hour then headed back the same way in order not to get lost!

This is going to be my program four days a week. Guess the two days I'm with Jeff are really going to kick my butt so I'll need the break!
