I tried to reply to the other Windows 7 discussion, but there was not button to post it.

I just bought a new computer with Windows 7, 64-bit version. Eclipse loaded without a single issue, and so far so good!!! No freezing, no delay in my writing. I'm waiting to receive the CoolGear USB-to-serial adapter to test my realtime. I'm using the Diamante, by the way, and that is working fine with Windows 7 and Eclipse.

The Windows 7 loads up and shuts down a whole lot faster than Vista. So far, it doesn't seem as quirky as Vista. It's pretty easy to navigate through the system. I'm going to keep my fingers crossed that this is a big improvement over Vista.

Janet, How were you able to get your CoolGear adapter to install? I can't get the drivers to download from the disk and I can't seem to find drivers on the internet. When I click the option from the disk to go online and find the drivers, it says "Page not found" Did you install them from the internet or from the CD?
