"Unfriend" a friend??

I am late to answer you Judy but it has been answered correctly.
but just to clarify, the person you "unfreind" will not a get any kind notification of you "unfriending" them.
so if they have lots of friends they will never notice it unless they try to send you a private message which they will then find out you "unfriended" them.
