Anybody interested in going West Coast Swing or Salsa dancing Thursday or Friday night? I'm looking for places to go not too far from the convention, still working on it. Disneyland is on Sunday!!! Too bad hubby and kids can't make it. :(

I attended the last one in Texas, and I must admit that I did not enjoy myself. I didn't expect people to be as rude and standoffish as they were. I found that a lot of people there were quite snobbish. I did meet the NCRA president, Kathy DiLorenzo, and Candis Bradshaw with the forum staff, who where quite personable and friendly. They had a lot of personality, which I appreciated.

I did not like the country theme at all. It was quite lame. I hope other first-timers have a better time than I did, though. :(

Can't make it this year-tuition costs and a new writer will put me right out of the running for the convention this year. Next year, though, I'm gonna make it!

I'll be meeting up with all my friends and looking forward to making new ones. I think it would be nice for CSRNation members to get together one evening. Hope to see you all there.

I've paid for the seminar and made room reservations, the dogs are signed up to go to the Doggy Dude Ranch, and husband and kids are going to enjoy Disney Land. I sure it's worth all the $$$ we're spending!

I had hoped to attend the convention but no way. It's been slow and I can't possibly justify it. I've been to 3 conventions in 6 months and have turned down too much work already as a result. Can't spend money you don't have so y'all have fun on my behalf!!

okay, it's official; I've got my room for all three days. I have an early check-in on Thursday and a late check-out on Sunday. This is gonna be good and I can't wait. I requested a floor as high up as possible, because I like views. Any domino, spade, or scrabble players out there? I'm gonna enjoy this. All my national colleagues, I'm gonna have a blast!

Unfortunately, my plans have changed, and I will miss this convention. Conflicts are truly frustrating. It should be awesome for all going, and I look forward to the next one.
