Hi, Mary. If you have the job saved on a folder in your computer, or on a flash drive, you can go to the archive menu on your main page. Then you select restore, then next. There will be an archived file box, with a little box with three dots, which you will select so you can browse your computer to find the job. Once you find the job, click on it. Then hit finish. Go to editor, and the file should be there. Good luck!
Can someone please tell me how to load a job into ProCat to scope? I am having trouble getting it to load and wondering if there is another way to do it. I need to get this job done. Thanks.
My email is tadskelton@aol.com. If you email me, I'll forward your email to her. Good luck!
Terrence, I need a scopist. Please connect me with her.
My scopist's sister, a former reporter who has left reporting due to hand issues, is hoping to get into scoping and/or proofreading. She is on Procat. If anyone is interested, I'd be happy to connect y'all!
Hi Guys! I'm trying to set up my realtime and the Xpression isn't listed as an option under Realtime Options...do I use Impression? Stylus?
Thank you, Liz! My main toolbar was turned off and I couldn't see it. Hope you have a fantastic weekend.
Help! I just accidentally turned on the paragraph and tabs and now they're showing. I'm having a mental block and can't think of how to turn it off. Any ideas? Thank you
Chris, what kind of thinkpad do you use to work at home?
I have ProCat, but still have a Stentura 8000LX. I also don't hook up to my computer on jobs. But I have an ASUS, I bought in 2012, that has worked great with ProCat. Interested in how you like the Xpression. I see they're having a similar finance special that I got when I bought my Stentura 14 years ago, which is about the only way I'm going to afford a new machine. My ASUS, I bought from a local computer place, as only Windows 8 was available at the time, and ProCat was not compatible with that at the time, so I paid dearly to get a Windows 7 laptop. It's been a great computer. But since it was so expensive, I don't tote it around, using it more like a hard drive. I was looking at laptops today at Best Buy. Really like the Dell Inspiron. You're right, I didn't see any Toshibas. Where have they gone?
