My name is Julie Geraty, I'm a full-time freelance professional scopist on Case CATalyst 9. I currently have an opening for another reporter. I'm looking to establish a long-lasting reporter/scopist relationship. I am also willing to help out with overflow and expedites, as needed. My schedule is quite flexible. Hi Brenda,
I just finished a seven-week trial that has been appealed. I probably now have 9,000 pages pending. Being able to connect with scopists is going to be a life saver for me because I'm assigned to court all month. So, again, thanks for helping me out.
I hope you enjoyed the holidays. Best wishes for peace, health, and happiness in 2009.
Yeah, I start classes next Wed. I can't wait! I"m hoping to pass my 180's. I've been practicing at the 200's trying to keep up. I registered to take the RPR WKT in October. My test date is October 13. Please pray that I passsssss!!!!!
Hope you are doing well. I was just in GA last week. On Thursday, we decided to drive up to SC & NC. We went to Rock Mountain Park. I don't know if you know where that is, but as i was there I thought of you and said to myself that I should have told you that I was going to be there so like that we could hook up for lunch or something...oh well maybe next time!!! We hope to go back to Savannah in the winter time.

My future husband and I were dating at the time, around 1970-71 and he got us tickets at the USC colliseum for a "Yes" concert and somehow got center, front-row tickets!!! Yes, he impressed me! Anyway, the opening band that was traveling with them was"The Eagles!!"
They blew us away. We had never heard of them before then. I remember we went back to a party his friends were having at USC and told them that "Yes" was great, but the first band was even better! I've loved them since! I'll have to check out their new CD! I like what I heard! Jo
If you make the convention, be sure to look for me and I will look for you. I'd love to meet you! I'll try to upload a photo or two so you'll know what I look like. Are you responsible for this music I'm hearing through my headphones? It sounds kind of like the Eagles, but I don't know the song. Maybe "Rock yourself to Sleep?"

Hi, Brenda! I haven't really investigated this site yet, just signed up to get started. I've heard your name mentioned many times. It sounds like you're doing a great job preparing students for the exciting world of court reporting. I absolutely love my job! I'm a mask reporter and have been with the state a little over two years. There was a reporter, Elaine Hawes, that observed the death penalty trial in Beaufort I was on. Is she your student? That was a good trial to observe as a reporter...pretty much gave her an overview, I think, of exhibits, q & a, et cetera. I enjoyed meeting her and she sent the greatest thank you note to me! Thanks for emailing me. I added you to my friends. I'll have to work on my page! Look forward to meeting you! Jo
