While doing some Googling, I clicked a link that lead me to this group (*Hi, everybody! #Waves#*) ... so, while I am here, I wanted to take a moment to write a quick update on this topic.

First, I never did find out how to kill off procrastination (I'm workin' on it!).  Sorry!  I'm sure I'll get to it -- eventually.

Next, I *DID* manage to whip up something on high-tech affirmations.  It's not exactly ready for prime time, but you can find it here.

I *THOUGHT* I had included a link to one of those "Different Dictation"-style interviews where they talk about "The Secret" and jail time, but as I write this, I realize that's not quite correct ... but the guy's name was/is Mike Bara, so if you do a search for his name and "The Secret," then you might get lucky! :o)
