FYI - CaseCatalyst Version 14 will NOT support security device.  If you do not have e-key, might want to think about getting it soon.

What would you like to see added to CaseCatalyst?  I am currently at the STAR convention in Las Vegas with the software developer right here!  Send me your suggestions - I have his ear!!!!

Yvette, you probably know this, but if you have your customer ID number and punch that in when they prompt you, you will get in a lot sooner.  I keep that number in a file on my computer so I always have access to it along w/ their 800 number.

Yes, that's what I do.  I can't remember how to do it b/c I do it so rarely.  Maybe there is someone on this site that can help you if you want to get it done before Monday when they open. 

I assume you are under support so it will not cost you anything extra.  :-)

Have you printed it out and seen it's not coming out, or is it just not showing up in your view?  I know when I just hit the page view (two to a paage) I can never see it, but when I print it's always there.

There was a discussion not too long ago about auto indexing and a trainer whom someone recommended to get it set up.  I was soooooo busy at the time, I didn't write down the info.  I am now ready to get that started, but need the referral again.  PLEASE someone reply with a trainer referral to get me set up with the indexing....so tired to doing it the old fashioned way!  THANKS SOOOO much!!!

I used to use the special characters but soon realized they don't print correctly. Also they don't lend themselves to minis. I would be very careful about using them.
