Awesome. And don't worry about looking like an idiot to tech support. Believe me, they've heard it all!  One time they requested a reporter send a copy of her dictionary, and she put the floppy disk containing her dictionary on a copy machine and made a copy. She sent that in.  Hilarious!  So no, you'd have to pull a pretty good one to look silly to them.

Aaahhh!  Julie, I think you're right!  Thanks!  It was the same case, and I was using the same job dictionary, although it was not an autobrief I had used from the previous job.  You saved me from looking like an idiot to the Advantage techs.  ;)

Queyen, if you're using a job dictionary from a previous job, that could be where the funky Auto Briefs are coming from. Once you use the Auto Brief, it does go into your job dictionary for that day. You can click on the comment section of the job dictionary to put all the Auto Briefs together so you can easily delete them if you don't want them in there.

It should clean itself out after you close your job.  If it's not, CALL SUPPORT, because you have a funky little bug that shouldn't happen.  The only reason it should happen is if you put it in your main dix by accident.

Do you guys delete your autobrief.dix after each job in unrelated cases?  I'm finding that the autobriefs that get used/inserted into some jobs are totally wrong and that they're from a different previous job.  Know what I mean?
