Kelli, the one that I mentioned isn't a RT macro like I thought and like Jenny mentioned; it's a computer keyboard macro with a speed key already defined: Shift-Alt-G. Takes you back to the text of the previous Q. I prefer the RT macros.

You gals aughtta be getting paid by Eclipse for all your information!

Kelli, there's a macro "Go to previous question" in the macro list. Come up with a steno stroke for that macro, put it in your dictionary, problem solved!

Kelli, There is a RT macro that came with the RT editing kit you can download from Eclipse's site. {M:Find previous Question - RT} The stroke I use to invoke it is STKPWHR/STKPWHR.

I started a discussion on word indexes and made a permanent link to it above. So hopefully Mary Jacks will repost her question there and people can respond there to make it easier for people (like me) to find the answer later.

Just got an e-mail that Mary Jacks sent about printing word index. I don't know how to respond directly to it, so maybe this is where I go . . .
Select the print option. On the drop-down menu beside the word "full sized" select "multi-page" or "multi-page with index." Voila!

I am very interested in going. It just depends on if I can come up with the money to go.

I am a scopist, not a court reporter. I'd be interested in hearing from any scopists who have gone in the past. I am rather new to Eclipse, so I think it would be a great chance to learn some skills to could increase my speed and efficiency in Eclipse. I really want to utilize the software at as high of a level as I can.

I hope you have a great experience, Cathryn. It sounds like you will be well prepared.

Greetings:

I will be attending the ESP Total Eclipse Users Convention May 29-31 in Las Vegas. Anybody else from here going?

I'm sure it will be an intense but informative few days. I'm working through the Advanced Workbook (got it just above half-price via Froogle.com!). I figure the more I know before I get there, the more I'll get out of the conference.

So who's going?

Blessings, Cathryn

I'm new to CSRnation, and have just read the entirety of the forum "Favorite Things" -- THANKS for that. As soon as I incorporate a couple things from the forum, I'll start reading another one ... I've been on Eclipse since 1993, and STILL can't keep up. Good to know you experts!
