Veronica, everything I came up with was biokinetics. Also, it has headform as one word. Hope that helps.

Another one:

It's a head form used to test helmets.

He's referring to using a different head than the other expert used, and he says something like, "Ours is a more BIO-PHI-DEL-IK head."

Since Google can sometimes be wrong, you can also just call a Kaiser and ask them. I find most people to be very helpful!

Stacy, I found two on google. One is KP CIS, and the other is CISSP. Google in and you can read to see which one it is.

Hi all - I'm without internet (well, real internet- I'm using my BlackBerry:). What's the acronym for the Kaiser electronic chart system? Is it SIPS? That's what I have in my notes "sips" and I can't remember how it's written.
