Testing mine today....I am going to add extra steps to the water cooler (and consequently the bathroom, LOL) to get more steps and more water!

Great Low-Cal Smoothie

1 Tablespoon fat-free sugar-free instant vanilla pudding & pie filling
1 Cup frozen peaches ( or frozen strawberries)
1/2 cup skim milk
1/4 cup plain low-fat or fat-free yogurt.

Instructions:
Combine all ingredients together in a blender and puree untile smooth. Sometimes I shake a little nutmeg on top to garnish. This tastes like soft-serve ice cream to me. This shake thickens if allowed to stand.

I think it is 2 points per serving. You might double check me on that. This recipe is adapted from a WW recipe. I have changed it a bit.

I just wanted to say hi! I am a scopist and yesterday I started a diet. I just wanted to join for some support and accountability! This pedometer thing sounds interesting to me. I think I am going to pick one up!

Friday, 5/28 One hour @ gym, 30 min. bike; 30 min treadmill. Sat. 5/29 One hour @ gym, 30 min. bike; 30 min treadmill.
Got rid of 2.2 pounds this week. Yah-hoo!!!

Wednesday, 5/27 Two hours at the gym, one hour on bike; one hour on treadmill. I go twice. The little guy at the desk asked me if I was going to be back again in 3 hours. hah-hah-hah. I said, "No, twice in one day was enough for me."

Today it wasn't as hard to make myself go back for a second workout. I have been increasing my speed on the treadmill for two minute spurts.

It's going good.

Tuesday, 5/27/09 two 1 hour sessions at gym, 2 30-minute rides on bike; 2 25-minute sessions on the treadmill. I earned 12 activity points. Really didn't want to go to the gym the second time but felt great that I went after I did.

Monday, 5/25/09 went to gym twice; two thirty minute sessions on exercise bike; two twenty-five minute sessions on treadmill. Earned 12 activity points. Was not able to go on the 24th b/c of a rush.
Didn't really want to go for the second time yesterday but I did it and felt great that I made myself go.

Sat 5/23; Went to gym once, bike 30 minutes; treadmill 25 minutes; 6 activity points earned. Working on a rush or would have gone a second time. I feel great about going once.
