This isn't really workout-related but I woke up multiple times last night and my first thought was "French fries!" That's one thing I can't make healthy. When I crave pizza I make it on whole wheat or multigrain Indian flat bread usually with ground turkey and other goodies. Healthy version. I'm stuck on the fries though.... Okay. Gotta get back to work so I can get my 10 minutes in before bed!

Thanks for letting me know about the "Just Do It" discussion. My Day 1 will start tomorrow, and I'll post my exercise logs on there.

Excited! :)

Hi, All!

I just signed up for Weight Watchers Online Program. Right now they have a sale going on -- buy 3 months and get 1 month free. I couldn't resist!

To be honest, I'm excited yet nervous about this whole new weight loss adventure. I really want to make it work this time!

Grateful to have a Weight Watchers Group here on CSR Nation, my favorite steno site! Thanks to Trina Fehlman for starting this group!

Greek Yogurt
Okay, I finally tried the Greek Yogurt. It is better than the other yogurt I was eating.
1 pkg. Equal
1/2 cup plain Greek Yogurt
3/4 cup fresh strawberries
1/4 cup fresh blueberries.

I mixed the yogurt and Equal together and then put in the fruit.

It made for a really good afternoon snack and healthy too.

Trina,
I think that's the same brand I got too.

Tonight I had a great dinner.
I have started buying those Bobolli (ph) individual pizza crusts.
Tonight I used one of those and then I made a veggie pizza.

I used:
artichoke hearts
fresh baby spinach
onions
black olives
pizza sauce
fresh mushrooms
mozz. cheese

You know, it really tasted great. It only took about ten minutes to bake.
I'm always looking for quick, good ideas.
Hope this helps someone else.

I finally found low-fat greek style yogurt today. I have seen it on the Food Channel. I bought a small container. Has anybody used it? It's supposed to be better than regular yogurt. The only grocery store I have found it at so far is Whole Foods

I think the fact that we are all exercising and supporting each other and making an effort at eating for health makes us all winners.
I have the cardio thing pretty well worked into my life.
I'm now working on getting resistence training built in. I think it is very important. The great thing about lifting weights is you get results soooo fast. And as women it is such a good thing to do to ward off osteoporosis.
