I never use "oh" for the number zero. I would do 1063 and 1025 for those. a hundred, 100 -- tomato, tomahto. I'd use numbers and wouldn't worry about his inconsistency. (which is really the same thing that Phil said as far as not trying "to make sense of what's being said," just using the opposite way of reflecting it. I write out very few numbers.)

Since the speaker (attorney) is varying his way of sayign the same thing, and since you can't guess at what he means I would only use words and not numerals, especially if you don't consider the document referred to, and you shouldn't refer to the document. It is not necessarily proper for you to make sense of what's being said.

Ditto on the reliability of Google, Marla. Wikipedia isn't always trustworthy either. I agree with Phil's spelling, segueing, although it looks a little awkward with all those vowels lined up. Musicians know this term. :) You frequently segue from one song to another.

Actually, Kathy, it's "segue," not "segueway."

The vehicle is Segway: http://www.segway.com/

Can't trust everything you see on Google, unfortunately.

I love Google!!!!
here's what I found:
kathy

SEGUEWAY: 1. To make a transition directly from one section or theme to another. 2. To move smoothly and unhesitatingly from one state, condition, ...

I've been wanting to see Mall Cop. Looks funny. Was it good?

FYI,
Segway is the two-wheeled personal transportation
vehicle that is all the rage right now. Anybody seen
Paul Blart: Mall Cop???

Jimmy Kimmel had the star, Kevin James on his show and they were racing Segways on the sidewalk outside his studio! quite amusing.

It's okay. I've always wondered how we were to reply, or where to find the messages on here, so I'm glad this came up. I finally had the nerve to say something, always figuring I was the dumba@@ who didn't know how to figure it out. LOL
